These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to all users of the platform, including students, instructors, and visitors.

House of Scholars is an online educational platform that connects students with verified professionals from top technology companies (FAANG) for:

• One-on-one coaching sessions
• CV/Resume review services
• Premium courses and educational content
• Career guidance and mentorship
• Interview preparation and practice

Account Registration

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• One person may not maintain multiple accounts

Pricing and Payments

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes
• Payment is required before accessing services
• We accept major credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and other approved payment methods
• Prices may change with 30 days advance notice

Billing and Refunds

• Charges are processed immediately upon booking
• Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy
• Disputed charges must be reported within 30 days
• We are not responsible for bank or payment gateway fees

Verification Process

• All instructors must verify their employment history at FAANG companies
• Instructors must provide accurate professional credentials and experience
• We reserve the right to verify and re-verify instructor credentials at any time
• False representation of credentials will result in immediate account termination

Service Disclaimers

• Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee specific outcomes or job placement
• Instructor advice is opinion-based and not guaranteed to be suitable for all situations
• We are not responsible for technical issues beyond our control

Limitation of Liability

• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by law

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution Process

1. First, contact our support team to resolve issues informally
2. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to mediation
3. Legal proceedings must be filed in Bangalore, Karnataka courts
